Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland!
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland always meant something special to me. It’s a good reminder that the world isn’t always the way we see it, and what we expect isn’t always what we get. It gives a look at a familiar yet novel world from new perspectives, like how cryptocurrency brings up questions about the financial system we’re taught to just accept from a young age. In a world with strict rules and expectations, there’s much to gain from thinking and acting differently, in time, the traditions and habits we depart from may become what’s unusual.
This series was created by my sensei from Planet Earth or perhaps not, maybe he’s from another world, who knows. It’s a collection curated through me, while the artist’s identity remains a mystery. Like Satoshi, he crafts these works from scratch, staying anonymous. The only clue we have is the pseudonym ‘STRONTIUM.’ It could be you, me, or anyone else.
