“Break Through” is a symbolic artwork with a straightforward message, break through the fiat system. It’s a powerful call to action, and its simplicity is its strength.
Behind the scenes, there’s a unique story. Unlike my usual works, this piece doesn’t bear my mx12 signature, and there are only 21 limited editions, echoing the 21 million bitcoins. The artist behind it uses a pseudonym and prefers to remain anonymous, much like the ethos of Bitcoin itself. I refer to him as my sensei, and that’s all the information I can share.
The entire process flows through me, with no names or locations disclosed. His identity remains a mystery, just as I strive to maintain my privacy as mx12art, despite attending events like those in London.
But this isn’t about me, let’s celebrate and welcome a new artist from Planet Earth, known only as “STRONTIUM”.
